DISC PLUS ASSESSMENT

This Innermetrix DISC Plus Profile combines the best of two world-class profiles authored by the Founder and CEO of Innermetrix, Jay Niblick. The DISC Index measures your preferred Behavioral style and the Values Index measures your motivational style and drivers. Together they will help you understand HOW you prefer to get things done, and WHY you’re motivated to do them. This level of self-awareness and discovery are the core to achieving peak performance in any role or endeavor, to ensure that you properly align what you do best with how you do it and why.

The DISC Plus Assessment combines the DISC Assessment and Values Assessment into one comprehensive report. The information provides great insights into your natural and adaptive behaviors and your most powerful motivators. By leveraging what is often new-found knowledge and self-awareness, it becomes easier for you to engage others and to align your passions and purpose.


This report measures four dimensions of your behavioral style. They are:

  • Decisive — your preference for problem-solving and getting results

  • Interactive — your preference for interacting with others and showing emotion

  • Stability — your preference for pacing, persistence, and steadiness

  • Cautious — your preference for procedures, standards, and protocols

 

This report also measures seven dimensions of motivation. They are:

  • Aesthetic - a drive for balance, harmony, and form.

  • Economic - a drive for economic or practical returns.

  • Individualistic - a drive to stand out as independent and unique.

  • Political - a drive to be in control or have influence.

  • Altruist - a drive for humanitarian efforts or to help others altruistically.

  • Regulatory - a drive to establish order, routine, and structure.

  • Theoretical - a drive for knowledge, learning, and understanding.

INDIVIDUAL DEBRIEF

Greater success begins with a deeper understanding of yourself and how you interact with others. Whether you are looking to grow in your career, improve your performance, or become a stronger leader, a DISC PLUS Personal Debrief session will explain how to successfully leverage your communication and behavioral style to increase your performance. During this 60min interactive session, we will work together to uncover specific opportunities and create clear action steps for moving forward.

GROUP ASSESSMENT
& DEBRIEF WORKSHOP

Research shows how high performing teams are a reflection of high levels of understanding and communication. Effective communication can be accomplished when each team member has clarity on their behavioral and communication style and how they can adapt their style for more effective interactions. During this interactive workshop, we will provide each member with an individual assessment, and work with the team to identify the behavioral differences between each member of the team and provide effective strategies to adapt their communication and improve their teamwork performance.
