The following terms and conditions govern all use of the belivecoachingandconsulting.com website and all content, services, and products available at or through the website (collectively, the “Website”) to any individual or organization (“you”). The Website is owned and operated by Ilhiana Rojas Saldana (“Ilhiana Rojas”). By accessing or purchasing any program, service or workshop (“Service” or "Services") in the Website, you agree to be bound by and to follow these terms.
BeLIVE Coaching & Consulting, LLC and Ilhiana Rojas (collectively “BeLIVE”) reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. By using this Website after BeLIVE posts any changes to these terms, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them or been notified about them. If at any time you choose not to accept these terms, then you may not access the Website or use

Payments and Refunds
Payment for your online purchases shall be made via credit card, Paypal, event management and ticketing website or other Company-approved payment methods, as specified at the point of payment. By placing an order with BeLIVE, you agree that BeLIVE may charge your account the full purchase price, including all fees and applicable taxes, immediately or, if you have elected an optional payment plan, in accordance with the payment plan schedule provided at the point of purchase. All prices and other dollar amounts are listed in U.S. Dollars.
By placing an order with BeLIVE, you represent and warrant that the credit card or payment account being used is yours, and/or that you are duly authorized to use the account, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeLIVE from any and all damages or losses of any nature or kind, including attorneys’ fees, that BeLIVE may incur arising from any breach of or inaccuracy in the foregoing representation and warranty.
All payments are not refundable.
BeLIVE will email you to confirm the placement of your order with details concerning your service. In the event that there is an error in this email confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform BeLIVE as soon as possible.
Right to Service
You have 6-months or 185 days (whichever is shortest) from the date of purchase to fully redeem your Service (unless otherwise stated by the Service). After 6-months or 185 days, BeLIVE reserves the right to decline your Service, and no refund will be provided.
BeLIVE reserves the right to remove you from the Service and withhold a refund if you negatively impact someone else’s experience, share confidential material from the Service, or participate in bad faith (sign up with an intention to immediately refund after you’ve got access to the program materials)
You are responsible for providing any materials and information BeLIVE will need to perform the Service. Likewise, you are responsible for attending appointments as outlined in the Service description and agree to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance, and create the time and energy to participate fully in the Service.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Sessions
All cancellations or changes to scheduled sessions or Services must be notified 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session or Service. A notification may be done through the agreed communication method between you and BeLIVE or via the email .
Cancellations or changes made with LESS THAN A 24hrs notice will incur in a LATE CANCELLATION fee of $25 US Dlls.
For any NO SHOW for a scheduled session or Service, for any reason, and provide no notice (latest notice can be five minutes past scheduled session or Service start time), BeLIVE will not make up the time, and it will be considered a full session or Service.
You agree that under no circumstances shall BeLIVE be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or any other damages arising out of your use of the Website. Additionally, BeLIVE is not liable for damages in connection with (i) any failure of performance, error, omission, denial of service, attack, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure; (ii) loss of revenue, anticipated profits, business, savings, goodwill or data; and (iii) third-party theft of, destruction of, unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of your information or property, regardless of our negligence, gross negligence, failure of an essential purpose and whether such liability arises in negligence, contract, tort, or any other theory of legal liability.
The preceding applies even if BeLIVE has been advised of the possibility of or could have foreseen the damages. In those states that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for the damages, our liability is limited to the fullest possible extent permitted by law. In no event shall BeLIVE’s cumulative liability to you exceed the total purchase price of the Service you have purchased from us, and if no purchase has been made by you BeLIVE’s cumulative liability to you shall not exceed $100.
All content provided on the Website, including all online classes and workshop materials are the intellectual property of BeLIVE. The content of the Website is protected by United States trademark, trade dress, and copyright law. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever any of the content of the Website, in whole or in part without the prior written consent of BeLIVE. You may not remove any trademark, copyright, or other notice from the content of the Website. BeLIVE reserves the right to immediately remove you from any Service without refund, and to pursue all available legal remedies against you if you are caught violating this intellectual property policy.

By linking to a non-belivecoachingandconsulting.com website or webpage, BeLIVE does not represent or imply that we endorse such website or webpage. You are responsible for taking precautions as necessary to protect yourself and your computer systems from viruses, worms, Trojan horses, and other harmful or destructive content. BeLIVE disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from your use of non- belivecoachingandconsulting.com websites and web pages.
BeLIVE may terminate your access to all or any part of the Website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your belivecoachingandconsulting.com account (if you have one), you may discontinue using the Website. Notwithstanding the preceding, if you have a paid services account, such account can only be terminated by BeLIVE if you materially breach this Agreement and fail to cure such breach within thirty (30) days of BeLIVE’s notice to you thereof.
You may terminate the Service at any time with two weeks’ notice via email to . Payment of the full Service will still be due per the payment plan of the Service as there is a no refund policy.
BeLIVE can terminate the Website immediately as part of a general shut down of our service. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
General Representation and Warranty
The relationship between the Client and BeLIVE, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that the Client shares with BeLIVE as part of this relationship, is bound to confidentiality by the International Coach Federation (“ICF”) Code of Ethics but is not considered a legally confidential relationship. BeLIVE agrees NOT to disclose any information pertaining to the Client without the Client’s written consent. BeLIVE will not disclose the Client’s name as a reference without the Client’s consent. Confidential information does NOT include information that: (a) was in BeLIVE’s possession prior to its being furnished by the Client; (b) is generally know to the public or in the Client’s industry; (c) is obtained by BeLIVE from a third party, without break of any obligation to the Client; (d) is independently developed by BeLIVE without use of or reference to the Client’s confidential information; or (e) that BeLIVE is required by law to disclose.
Release of Information:
Ilhiana Rojas engages in training and continuing education pursuing and/or maintaining ICF Credentials. That process requires the names and contact information of all Clients for possible verification by the ICF. By using this website or purchasing any of BeLIVE’s Services you agree to have only your name, contact information (email) and start and end dates of coaching shared with ICF staff members and/or other parties involved in this process for the sole purpose of verifying the coaching relationship, NO personal notes will be shared.
According to the ethics of the coaching profession, topics may be anonymously and hypothetically shared with other coaching professionals for training, supervision, mentoring, evaluation, and further coach professional development and/or consultation purposes.
The term ‘coaching’ covers life coaching, personal coaching, executive coaching and business coaching for the Client and where applicable includes mentoring or supervision services provided for the Client.
You understand that coaching & consulting are not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, mental, medical or other qualified professionals and will seek independent professional guidance for such matters. If you are currently under the care of a mental health professional, BeLIVE recommends that you inform the mental health care provider.
